Problems with freezing and Crashing

Hi all,

I have been for the last week been trying to create a stable connection to SL.  I've done al the obvious things I can think of, for crashing, like clearing of cace, the restarts, refreshing internet connection, etc.  I also notice that I can't do a character test on my avi, unless I use a different computer.  Now after a week and a half or Hard Re-installing and asking friend to log into my account to do a developer dump then resetting my avatar, I am still crashing.

I would appreciate any help.

top of the page there 4 tabs

click on the knowledge base tab

type into the search box

crash

there will be a drop down menu

with lots of option

oh one thing

most thing people have reported

is firestorm viewer not working so they are told to reinstall

there a clean install option you can read

type in to the search in the knowledge base

how to uninstall and reinstall second life
