What does it mean if a person remains in my list of friends in world, but their name is completely missing from my friend list on the SL Website? I am thinking it might mean they have hidden their online status, thus hiding their appearance on my list on the website due to some strange website functionality I am unaware of, or they've muted me, in which case I don't see why they appear in world on my list.
So, they are now truly offline, they still show in my in-world friend list, but my dashboard on the SL website home page does not show their name..at all.
Anyone know the answer to this riddle?

Hi Denver,
This is a known bug that's been with the website friends list since they started it. If you have a friend who decides to hide themselves from you (deselects Friend can see when you're online) then they do not show up at all in this website's friends list. Inworld, they are still on your list but show as offline.
Just another reason not to use that hide from friends feature
