Maturity rating in marketplace

I've changed my maturity rating to adult via preferences, but still only showing General in marketplace when searching items to buy. It has not changed, all ratings are still in gray except the general rating option. How can I fix this so I can see more than just general purchasing options?

if the choices are grayed out, first try...

...reloading the web page in your browser

...using a different web browser.
