I received a gift and can't find it in my inventory

Hello everyone. A friend of mine sent me a gift and I received a message on the top right corner that said something like "You have received a gift from *name*" and such. I clicked OK. Then when I tried to find it in my inventory I couldn't and also my friend received a notification that said I deleted the gift yet I didn't. It happened twice. It said I deleted it twice. I didn't even get to see it in my inventory at all. Please tell me why it would be. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

first, check in your received items folder, or if you know the name of the gift, use the search function in your inventory.
Deleting items is done in two steps, the first is to delete the item and it will land in your trash can. From the trash can you can purge (forever delete) or restore the item. Make sure it's not in there either.

Also, it seems most unusual that your friend would get a message that you deleted the gift Never heard of that before.

If you clicked "Discard" or "Mute" instead of "Accept," the gift was refused and yes, your friend would receive a message "Slavsan Deluxe decilned your inventory offer."
