Depends.

Most clothes aren't transferable. Is your item transferable? Only then will you be technically able to sell it to someone else.

Only if the shirt has transfer pemissions can you sell it.  Most clothes are copy only.

Another question for you is if the shirt cost you 1L why would anyone pay you 2L for it?  They can just go where you got it and get it for the price you bought it for.  Besides, it really is not considered a good thing to do to profit from other people's work like that, unless you bought it wholesale and the item is sold as something you can resell. 

Usually when people sell things they no longer want they charge less for the item than their cost because after all it is a 'used' item.  No one has the ability to see that you didn't modify it somehow except to buy it, so they take a risk buying it used.  Yes you could put a pic on the sales prim but that doesn't prove its in original condition, just that it was when you bought it.
