When I try to add more than ten items it says I cannot have more than that in my cart. Do I need to change something?

It is rarely wise to have more than 3 or 4 items in your shopping cart at a time. I usually avoid it altogether and simply use the Buy Now button. The shopping cart is very easily confused. It tends to jam or to send orders to a merchant's Magic Box faster than the box can handle them, so people who put too many things in a shopping cart can have delivery problems. So..... the best answer is Yes, change to putting fewer items in the shopping cart.

For delivery reasons.
You should check-out, visit Inworld to verify that all of your items have been delivered
Then continue shopping.
