Unable to Make Purchase in Marketplace

I was going to make a purchase in marketplace but was unable to. The site didn't allow me to use Lindens or the card i have on file. It allows me to add a payment option but not to buy, the buy option is completely grayed out.

it can be several reasons, perhaps the card is expired? or your limits are reached? For the first one replace the old date with the new card details, the second you can ask LL for a higher limit, or wait till it goes up automaticly/ or the new billing cycle starts.

Don't use your payment method directly to buy things on the Marketplace.  I know it allows you to do this, but the purchase may run into problems, and you will probably pay more than if you used $L.  Buy $L with your payment method, and use your $L balance to pay for your Marketplace purchases.

You might be unable to buy something because of your Maturity settings (those can be separately set in your Marketplace account, as well as in your viewer in world.)  However, if that were the problem I would expect that you would not be able to view the item in the first place.

The item may have been blocked by LL.  However, I would normally expect it to simply have been taken off the MP, so again you would simply not be able to see it at all.

Try using a different web browser.  The SL website doesn't like Internet Explorer and does well with Firefox or Chrome.

If that doesn't work, you can file a Support Case, using the Help/Support link at the top of this page.  Use "Marketplace Issue" as the problem category.

I am having the same issue today. It doesnt even allow me to pay with the L I have on my account and paypal attempts dont work.

Yes I've tried directly buying it, and even changing my card. I only use safari so I'm not sure why it's giving me this bug!
