Neither my PayPal or credit card work with the SL market

Question

I have a verified PayPal and my credit card linked to my account, yet when I try to checkout stuff in the market place, it says it can't complete the transaction, and links me to a troubleshooting page. When I try to change the payment from there, it says there was an error switching payment options. To make things even worse, I can't just go to the LindeX and buy L$, since that transaction fails as well. What's going on? Why am I unable to buy stuff?! And why does neither my PayPal or my credit card work?

We are residents just like you and don't have access to that info.  However you can call billing and ask them to help you.  If you can't call, submit a support ticket.
