I bought your product but i so not know use it . When i wearing it i see only top part of boots .. I do not see platform and heels. Can you . Can you advise me what to do to make it display correctly?

You will need your answer here First of all, did you read the notecard, if some NC came with it? Even I'm male, I understand you need to use slink feet with those boots.
