How to get a store in marketplace? Do I have to pay?

Hey, So I want to get a store in the marketplace like some really good but I don't know if you have to pay to get a store cause if I have to pay then.....i don't know. But it be nice if you can answer. Thank you! P.S (There will be another question if I could make a store for like good names for my store just saying.)
