How do I update an item in the MP? Do I have to redo the entire listing as a new listing?

I have an alpha that I need to update on multiple marketplace listings, is there a way to just replace that one part of the package, or do I need to delete the listing anf make a brand new one?

You can't replace just one thing in a multi item product.  You can however reload the folder or box with the products and alpha you want to use then upload it to marketplace.  Then go to your listing and reassociate it with the newly uploaded version.  Once the old one is no longer associated with a listing just delete it.
