Help in putting things up in Marketplace

Hello, I'm recently getting into selling things, and curious how I would put items up? I click "Send to Marketplace" but it doesn't show my items, is there a wait period? I just put up gestures.

 

 

EDIT: Thanks, I placed it up finally(was considered inactive), now waiting for it to show up in store

For your question, it's hard to tell what you have already done about setting up your store.  I suggest reading the entire Knowledge Base article about Selling in the Marketplace, focusing on http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Selling-in-the-Marketplace/ta-p/700193#Section_.4

If you have done all that and things are not showing up in your Unassigned Items listing in Marketplace, then I suggest either waiting 20 minutes or so, or relogging.  There is in fact an unpredictable delay between the time you upload an item and the time it shows up in the list.  Often the delay is zero.  Other times, it can be up to 20 minutes or more.  I have never been able to make sense of it, and haven't met anyone else who can either.
