Strange Flickering lights

Hello .. for the past few days I noticed that there was a Flickering light on the corner of my friends parcel . I thought maybe it was a light on the corner of the other parcel but it wasn't  i looked for other light sources but couldn't see any does anybody know why i see flickering lights on this parcel

Now i know the bus has light butthe light i seen is at the corner where the bush is on the other parcel

Could it be someone rezzed something? and you just don't see it, Search the area.. Fix ur settings

You might find useful Develop / Render Metadata / Lights

(That's on the Linden viewer, but it probably works on all the usual TPVs, too.)
