Need Help with Shadow and Mesh Hair problems

Hi , I need help.

When I try to take a snap shot with shadow(advanced lighting mode)

Always my mesh hair do not render correctly:matte-motes-crying

I use pheonix and Linden Lab official viwer ,same result

My PC is Windows 7 pro 64bit

GPU:Geforce GTX 660

Graphix driver is updated

 

I can show my mesh hair correctly when hardware skinning un checked ,but I can not take a snapshot  with shadow

Need Help!!

transparent system hair has a strange glitch when advanced lighting is on, it will interfere with attachment textures like that.

the fix is easy, wear system hair with a solid texture, push the hair mass into the head if any peeks through your mesh hair.

alpha wearables have a hair section, you can use that to hide it as well.

Not sure if this will help but worth a try. Go to Amacci, which is a shop and also the name of the sim. Go to the hair dept and look for the free stuff.

They have a set of hair base tattoos in 53 different shades. Find one that matches your hair and see if that stops your skin showing through.

I create new hair with solid texture,as you told me .

My hair renderd correctly and no bald now

I thought something wrong at my GPU or my computer

I use hair base (sometimes) each hair shop.

I' ve never been to Amacci ,( I know ths shop)

I try to buy hair base ,Thank you so much

 

now I'm not bald women now^^
