Hello!

I have some problems with viewers when I'm trying to log on do not see anything nor my avatar, I'm angry, because I need to get in I'm angry, because I need to get in, For weeks I can not see anything now I'm trying to get but nothing

Hi Minnie,

please copypaste your computer specs, so the clever ppl here in forum can maybe help you.

Open your viewer but don't log in. From the log-in screen click Help --> About [your viewer]

You should get a window like this:

Just post that here to this thread. Furthermore conduct a speed test with speedtest.net. Also please tell us about your connection, is it wifi or plugged in.

With these infos we can come to some kinda conclusion about the state of things on your side.

Ping looks good, was obviously a local test to your closest DSLam. Download is abyssmal and reminds me on the early days of dial-up speeds. Upload faster than download??? Heck, I wish I had 0.93 MB upload speed. There is definately something very wrong with your connection. Call your ISP and complain. Tell them they must reset your port, redesign your port, check your wires or whatever. But they MUST do something ... else you go with another ISP. Because with connection like this you can't play SL. 0.87 would be bad even if LL had a server farm in your basement but you still must ping the USA which will cut your "speed" in half.
