Problem deeding parcels

 ''Deeding parcel failed because the group does not have enough land credits''.  When we even try to add owner makes contributions (2,048) and then click save it doesn't register and reverts back to 0 I thought owner making contributions while deeding a parcel would automatically fill that part in anyway. So is it a glitch where I need to get on the phone with LL and see if they can fix it or what am I missing that it's not working correctly?  It worked on the first parcel we bought but the 2nd and 3rd parcel won't allow us to deed either parcel so we can join the three.
