Other avatars won't load? (Found solution)

I'm not even sure if this is the right place for this, but I was having the worst time finding where exactly the help forum is..? Lol.

 Searching thje forums I wans't finding anyone with my exact issue.

So, my avatar will render just fine. However, the people around me will only partly render. For example, their top half will load but their legs will remain invisible. At first I thought it was because I didn't have permissions set for adult stuff or something, but I do have that enabled. I have no idea what's wrong. Currently using Firestorm - but it's the same on both that, and the regular one so...Reinstalling and relogging didn't help. My graphics drivers and such are up to date/I'm on a new desktop. It's my first time playing the game, though. Any suggestions? I really wanted to play, but if nobody renders correctly it's not going to be much fun. xD

FIXED IT.

Apperently, Hardware skinning was checked, and I needed to uncheck it.

Luckily a simple soluction. I just don't udnerstand why it was auto-checked. I never messed with the settings lol.

Hardware Skinning improves most peoples performance and is required for advanced lighting which is why it is on by default.
