You will have the sim to design your special place. I am selling it for the same price I bought it for - $100 US dollars. You will also need to pay the $100 US transfer fee to Linden Labs to have it transferred to you. You pay your tier directly to Linden Labs. The cost of the monthly tier is $295 US.
