Sprout is a full sim joined to 18 other sims with a mixture of leisure, sailing and pleasant no drama lifestyle.

We have two 1/4 sims vacant on Sprout and they are both on the extreme west of the sim map below.

Both have 3720 prims each and are 6950 per week with sailing on up to 18 other sims as shown.
