Sailing Residences on Petrel (northern point of GullsWing Sailing club)

Petrel is the northernmost island of GullsWing Sailing Club and enjoys Cape Cod peace, tranquility and beautiful views. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Petrel/156/24/23

We have two newly placed residences to rent at present here:-

Residence P03 (below) is 1,275 LD per week

 

Residence P02 (below) is 2,700 LD per week

On all our houses the declared prim allowance includes the house, landscaping and some furniture. Landscaping and furniture can be changed/adapted in discussion with Avery Saxena.

We  now have  19 sims for living and sailing (see image  below for layout) and we are a peaceful no drama community. All our home and slip rentals include club membership and sailing lessons  (if required).

We have other residences (and slips) to rent and  all available rentals  are clearly on our visible interactive map as pink pins.
