Riviera Island is looking beautiful and ready for spring and summer. The central lake area is stunning with trees, flowers and swans on the Lake.

We currently have a few small parcels available for rent , some with lake frontage, some with sea frontage.

We also have one very 'rare' full size parcel. Many of the parcels on the lovely, quiet and beautiful Riviera Island are quite small. The full size parcels do not become available very often. Grab it whilst you can.

All these parcels are very popular so hurry and don't miss out.

Today (Saturday 8 March) we have an informal party on the Lake in the middle of the island from 12 noon slt for you to come and view the parcels and join us in one of our venues on the Island. DJ swa my Co-Owner will provide the music. We will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Permissions on all parcels

* Terraforming the land allowed but no hills higher than one metre

* Change music/media urls allowed

* Deed land to group allowed

* Building allowed

* Rezz objects allowed

* Set landing points allowed

* Build in the sky above your parcel at 800m or higher allowed

* Ban lines are NOT allowed, please use a security device instead

* Set Privacy allowed so you cannot be seen on your land

Any buildings, trees, plants, signs and off-sim rocks, jettys and waves etc are NOT included in the sale. Please return them but try and leave the fences in place. Bulk return will remove the fences.
