All our rentals on Gullswing Sailing Club are set up to optimise the sailing experience on its 7.5 sims. Members of the club can also sail on a further 10  adjoining sims of water and property belonging to ArchiTech Design Estates.

Renting a residence or slip also includes sailing lessons  and access to club events and activities.

Residences  can be furnished or unfurnished and come with some landscaping. Renters are also given some extra  prims to personalise or (with permission) change what has been set out already. Make sure you are clear on what you can  and cant  do by checking out the covenant short form in ABOUT  LAND.

All our available rentals can be  found on our interactive map with pink pins showing the vacancies (just click to get an LM dropped into your local chat.

We have some wonderful aparments on Owls Cove, they are 925 LD and 975 LD per week and all have their own slips and amazing  views and lots of space. We have a range  of  small and large slips and  can accomodate up to 200 prims, size restrictions apply so do check with the harbour Master (unclesamoriginal) before renting.
