We have a range of  amazing residences and slips at GullsWing Sailing Club. 

Each rental includes:
Use of a GWSC inventory home if desired, exept for jumbo slips
Furniture where indicated (may be exchanged for personal use prims)
Full club membership and use of all clubhouse facilities for prime tenant and one additional co-tenant
Private dock unless otherwise noted
Nemo (small training sailboat)

Four townhouse style apartments have been created in wings behind the main social home of the Gulls Wing Sailing Club, located on Owls Cove Sim. Water access is available from both the east and west bays..

Each townhouse consists of a two story attached structure with a large open space room up and down, with installed internal tp system. Second floor room opens to large balcony. First floor entry door opens to courtyard leading to private dock with assigned slip. Each townhouse is parceled for media streams and privacy.

The club building in front is accessible on either level, and contains social meeting space and a greedy table on the first floor, along with tenant rent wall mounted boxes. The second floor of the facility includes study space, dining and dancing.

Set amidst grassy dune in a Cape Cod style maritime residential environment. Docking area approximately 15 m x 10 m Two boats permitted at harbour masters discretion; docking parallel to longer dock.

The seagull on dock post is your rental box. Slip number on dock end should change from green to white when slip is rented.

Total allocated to the unit is 150 prims, More prims may be available at an upcharge, check with harbour master prior to rental.
