There are only 2 other people on the sim so virtually no lag and you will have total privacy. You will have control to terraform, set ban lines, etc. Both are on corner parcels facing the ocean. No other sims around you and no ugly views ..just beautiful water with waterfalls and landscaping. 1/4th of a sim in size and comes with 937 prims. Very spacious.
