As a Premium member, you get a land fee waiver. It pays for the monthly fee on the first 512sq m of land that you own anywhere on the Mainland.  You may use in either of two ways:

1.  You may get a Linden Home, which comes on its own 512 sq m parcel of land, or'

2. You may buy a parcel anywhere else on the Mainland.

You are always free to switch between your choices any time you want.  Your waiver will be applied automatically.  If you have already chosen a Linden Home and want to leave, just pick up all your stuff first.  Then stand in the home and open World >>> About Land >>> General and click the Abandon Land button.  Go buy land -- you pay the one-time purchase price -- and build a house or whatever you want on it.  If you buy a parcel that is larger than 512 sq m, the waiver will pay for the first 512sq m, and you pay the rest.  See the table at https://secondlife.com/my/account/landfees.php?lang=en-US

Remember:

Your Premium waiver does not apply in private estates (non-Mainland) and cannot be used on rental property.  You pay all costs other than the monthly land fee (like purchasing land, paying for buildings and landscaping, advertising in Search, etc.) yourself.
