Ive looked for land like this for a long time at a decent price.  Land like this is usually 7 to 8x over priced.

It's on protected water, not cluttered protected on 2 sides and has a lot of land along the water and not a deep lot that you cant use.

It's also  protected on the backside as well.  A truly unique location.
