Both Parcels are located in Harwich Sim and combined they add up to a maximum of 996prims. 

 

A)

526prims in an Area of 1152m2. It is canal protected next to the Bayjou Theatre.

Parcel is now priced at 64000 L$.

 

B)

http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bay%20City%20-%20Harwich/238/79/25

468prims in an Area of 1024m2. It is canal protected next to the Bayjou Theatre and adjacent to parcel A.

Parcel is now priced at 56000 L$.
