Only 8704 Left @ $L1m - Green, M rating

I have approx. 8704m left of the Pahto land. It's green, quiet, and mainly skybox builds with the same neighbors I've had for 3 1/2 years. An excellent location with water views if you do decide to build on ground. Really...it doesn't get more peaceful than here.

I have it broken into 512's at $L2m ....but...if you take what's left then I will join it all for you and sell it for $L1m. Jujst send me an IM or a nc inworld.
