I've recently added a private sim to my holdings and so I am wanting to sell off a mainland region that I have had for about 3 years now. It's quiet and is set to 512's and one 1024 but easily joined back to whatever size you want. There is about 20,000m left. I need it gone by August 18th so make an offer. Seriously, this will be a deal ! If you have a Linden home and want a nice 512 instead this is your opportunity. This is not trash land !

All parcels $L2 m or less. This is a Moderate sim and is very nice green land with water views.

This is a really nice area. Low / no lag and quiet.  The parcels are all together so can get as much or as little as you like. I really need to get this out of my tier sinceI bought the sim. Make an offer !   LM's to a few parcels below but will set whatever you want to sell. Thanks
