This looks like a scam to my eyes. Looking to the sellers profile you can see they are not premium members ( Not payment info on file) It means they don't own land. So they cant sell anything. This is enough to uncover the scam. There is NO landmark provided and they ask you to IM them. Just be carefull in case they ask you to click anything, don't do it. They ask you to IM them for a TP.
