Three Parcels Located on Iris(Iris Moth Temple / Iris InfoHub)

Hi everyone!

For your consideration are three separate parcels, all which can be seen from the historical Iris information hub (SLURL: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Iris/201/139/30), also known as the Iris Moth Temple for its lanterns scattered around the sim that attract moths during nighttime. Each parcel is priced for a quick sale but please notecard any questions and all offers to Deer Thistle. These are parcels that are very dear to me and I wouldn't sell them if I didn't have to. I hope whichever individuals adopt the following parcels enjoy them as much as I have. :cathappy:

Iris is, in my opinion, one of the most gorgeous mainland locations and resides on the Heterocera Atoll continent. Each property is located on water so it's perfect for any homefront or storefront that desires a beachy, tropical theme and can view the nearby Iris Moth Temple. All neighbors are long-term and friendly, and there isn't a neighbor who has a parcel that doesn't suit the beauty of Iris.

 

All parcels offer the unique experience of having the benefits of both a private island's beauty plus the traffic of mainland so it never feels inactive. Each parcel is located on the Iris sim that preserves a consistent theme throughout each owner's parcel of tropical beach and boating life - there's no 'ugly' parcels that sorely stand out.

All neighbors are polite and have resided in Iris for a long time. All parcels also gain traffic as they're located on the same sim as the historical Iris InfoHub, an added bonus to the aforementioned influx of residents roaming mainland versus a private island. A series of connected boardwalks links this watery sim together which allows each Iris parcel owner to showcase their shop or home to those who travel the boardwalk.

• The Yava Script mainland pods also go right past this parcel, travelers view the parcel from Hirtaria on their tour.
• Pods aren't annoying or intrusive as the pods turn into aesthetically-pleasing boats when in water, adds to the boating and tropical feel of Iris. :heart: I loved this aspect of this parcel as many utilize the pods to tour the continent and whatever you put on this parcel is what people will see when they boat by the Iris sim.
