Compare, divide your weekly rent by the amount of prims you get on the land, if it is over 1.25 you are paying too much. We can work with you to fit your needs, residential and commercial.
Rates: Less than 600 prims; L$1.25 per prim per week
600-999 prims; L$1.2 per prim per week
1000 or above prims; L$1.15 per prim per week

IM Cedric Brown or Noirran Marx with questions. Visit us at this location to see the plots via our vendors or check my profile in world for a landmark: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Murinata/82/19/39

That isn't really true.  Land varies in price by location and features among other things.  It also helps to have good looking, desireable land.

i agree to a point, but that is also true of just about any land owner renting land...not to dispute the location, location, location thing, so  its true yes, a HOT location will probably cost more per prim, and thats why there are so many rental places in SL, different needs/tastes all need to be accommodated...variety.

this is NOT a paid endorsement!!!, but i've rented from Cedric for a long time, and am happy and satisfied...he is a good landlord, and the renter gets almost full land owner rights when renting.
