Looking for home and shop

Hello all,

im looking for a home and a shop. the problem is that i do not have a job nor do i have money.

so my proposal is that you get 50% of all the money i earn for as long as i rent from you.

so if i earn 100L$ you get 50L$ if i earn 5000L$ you get 2500L$

It would be perfect if i get 100+ prims for home and the same for shop.

What are you selling and how succesfull is it so far? What if you don't make any sales, then you owe money to the person that let you stay or would it be for free? Do you have a plan that will help your business grow, any connections, anything? Do you have a vendor system that can manage split sales or will the person who gives you land have to trust your word?

My advice is to go find some not so demanding SL job (a hostess can earn few hundred lindens per shift without a problem and that is enough for a weekly rent for the number of prims you asked for), like we all did it to start over somehow. Or you can have a mp shop until you save enough money to rent land. 

Too bad you didn't bother to provide any info about your business... at first I wanted to offer something but then my brain started to work lol
