same problem different mesh

okay so....first off! I have gone through all the previous posts on the last thred with the other mesh I made...and well...for some reason it isnt working agian :/

so here I am again...I've tried everything I could think of, applying rotation, redoing the rig and weighting several times...and im stuck. :<

Guessing, but it looks to me like you didn't select Joint position when you uploaded it.

Here is a snake I'm working on now, and it has a crazy skeleton, but it all works out perfect.

Then again tho, I use the Avastar addon with Blender.
