CadenzaInVivace
I'm using Blender with Avastar, and I'm having a problem with weight painting. There are several weird things I'm observing:- Even if the object has no weight painting whatsoever (completely blue), and I attach object to the armature, the object is still rigged when I test it in preview grid, or preview it in pose mode in blender. Of course it's not rigged well at all, with tons of jagged edges and folding into itself- The preview I see in pose mode in blender is entirely different as what I see when I upload it to preview grid in SL, making it hard to test position/size/weight paintAre there any detailed tutorials on weight painting in SL? I did a search and wasn't able to find any... all the youtube videos I've seen so far are those "pro demonstrations" without any explanations. I played around with weight painting brushes in blender and can't even remotely get the rigging to look correctly. I'm starting with very simple clothes to get a feel of how rigging works.
