How many triangles do you have in each material/slface? It look like far too many. There are some texturing artefacts that happen if you have more than 21844 triangles (10922 quads) in a single material, including the sort of thing you describe. The mesh you show will place an excessive load on the GPU of anyone looking at it. Why do you have so many polygons? If you have used subdivision to smooth the surface, you should be using smooth shading instead. Then the triangle count can be drastically reduced without degrading the appearance. That will avoid the problems that arise with too many triangles as well as making the mesh much less GPU resource hungry.
