i can not put my url at my marketplace stuff why?

Hello , a friend of mine has this problem , we use the map and we make a url to put to his stuff but he gets this: 

1 error prohibited this product from being saved

There were problems with the following fields:
Master slurl is not a valid url

 

when i use the same url to my online shop to one of my stuff it says ok and i can update my  product but to him it says error why?

 

can anyone help us?thanks

Without seeing exactly what you are entering it's rather impossible to tell you. Can you take a screenshot of the page you are adding with the value in the field.

If you opened the map and clicked on copy slurl and then pasted it into the MP listing using ctrl V and are getting this error, I would reach out to support. 

The only other thing I can think of (and I'm not really sure if it's an issue,) is if the product is general and the url is to an adult sim.  But you'd have to check to see if there is something that prohibits you from listing an adult url for general category items.

Thank you for the help , we solve it , we were using and old viewer when we took the ulr from the map , when i did it from firestorm it took it , thanks for reading me kisses
