Unassociated Inventory problems

I have had items on the marketplace for years, suddenly one isn't being delivered that was working a few weeks ago. I went to the marketplace seller account and clicked "Magic Box Status" which takes me to four lists - Unassociated Item Listings, Unassociated Inventory, Registered servers, and Active Inventory. Under Unassociated Inventory is the item that's not being delivered, along with a new item I just listed.

Nowhere have I been able to find out anything about how to fix this. I've tried updating the item, resetting the box, restarting the script in the box, removing the item from the box and waiting for it to unassociate, then putting it back in and re-associating it with the listing. I downloaded a new box and put the item in it, then deleted it from the old box and associated the item listing with the new box. I've checked the permissions (copy/no mod/no transfer) of the item.

So two questions:

1. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

2. Is it me, or does there seem to be no way to contact Linden Labs about problems in the marketplace?

Thanks,

Bree

The Magic Box status page shows product listings on the Xstreet SL web site.

If you have products listed under the Unassociated Inventory column it means those products are in your Magic Box but do not have a product listing on the old Xstreet SL web site.

The Magic Box status page should be used to verify that the Magic Box sees the product (Unassociated Inventory) and that your Magic Boxes are on line (Registered Servers).
