I have 5 products in my marketplace store and i want to delete 2 of the unlisted ones. But the problem is that when i go to "manage inventory" it shows a list of the 3 listed products only, but it says there is 5 under "Total Items" when i select either "unlisted" or "unavailable" it shows no products at all. Does anyone know how to make the 2 unlisted products visible in order to delete them?
It often takes a few hours for the database to catch up when you are making changed to your boxes. You dont really need to delete them, you just remove the magic boxes. it may take a day or two but they will go away.
At the moment I only use one magic box for all my products. But the thing is that those products that i want deleted from my items list have been deleted out of my magic box for months already, and still they show up under "Total Items" I really wish I could delete them as it is so anoying seeing more items in there then i actually have. If anyone knows of a way to be able to see the items that i need to delete, that would be great. Thx
I know how to fix it. It has happened to me a few time.
Mark the item as 'listed' then buy the item. The delivery will fail as it isn't in your magic box, so you won't get charged. This will change the item to unavailable and you can then delete it.
