That slide show is AWE-SOME. First saw it when a wife of mine had it. I've bought it, given it as gifts......  It's interesting reading you guy's thread from the perspective of "the customer"......Yes, lol I guess we are a fickled bunch when it comes to what "gets" us. :manlol:

*Massive Smile* Thank you SinfulPrince. Compliments such as yours are the breath of life that keeps me working day in and day out to provide the absolute best I can to all of my customers. I can only add that I am proud to be only one of many MANY other Merchants that treat their businesses and their customers in the same way.

We are equally anxious to hear from our customers as to what things they want, need and are interested in. Seldom will you find a Merchant that isn't open to listening. IMHO It's a method of communication that always results in better products, happier customers and overall success in our endeavors. :robotvery-happy:

On your suggestion I zoomed in and had a really really long good look and they are indeed pixilated so please accept my humblest apologies :matte-motes-big-grin-evil:

LOL... to be fair, you have to zoom in. I'll pixelate more later today! :smileyhappy:

I agree Darrius. In fact, the majority of my products are born through speaking to customers who say, "I like this but what I'd really love to see is...[insert long description here]'.

As long as the request makes sense for my brand, I try my best to fill in those gaps. Customers can be your inspiration.

Amen to that!!!  I ask my store group occasionally to please send any suggestions for the type of items they would like to see.  Haven't received any responses to date.

We have a suggestion box in the store since we started with sculpties. The box has been used a lot. But since the marketplace took over the in world sales, there are less costumers coming into the shop, so there are also less suggestions made.

Since the beginning of this year we run a contest in our mesh store "Suggest a mesh and get if for free". Each month we pick the suggestion we like the most and make it. The person who gave us the idea gets the product for free. People can submit max. 3 suggestions per month.
It is succesful, since there is an award people do take the trouble to come  to the in world store and put their suggestions in our box.

One of our newer best selling items was suggested by the winner of the contest in the month June.

Hmmm, guess I'm kind of lucky. My best selling is also my most profitable. The Lycan AO has always been my best seller, but then again, I have released 5 versions now. Recently, I released an AO to walk with a stick. For whatever reason, it has jumped to the 2nd best seller. I would've never thought that many people would want such an AO. I also released cheap female and male AOs. Those will over take the Lycan AO by the middle of next year. :matte-motes-crying:

Thanks :matte-motes-big-grin:

It's funny, since I started this thread I have been playing around with some new toilet modelling in Max. Guess I may as well cash in on my toilet selling skills.
