Items not showing up in Listings

I'm new to the whole selling thing but as far as I can tell I'm doing everything right. I create an item in SL, name it, set permissions, and send it to the Merchant Outbox. It creates the folder fine, I send it to the Marketplace, and it says Success every things been sent. I go to Merchant Home and then Manage Listings. Nothing shows up and it's driving me insane. Any suggestions

I would create a ticket.

 

I assume you did create a store first, or it would tell you to do so.
