Freya Mokusei Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 If it's truly a 404 error, then no (other than maybe contacting support). 404 is the HTTP status code "resource not found" - whatever link you're following does not have a destination that exists. Obviously it's not possible for you to fix that issue from your side. Assuming that other people are having no problem with their merchant outbox, it's possible the procedure you're following is incorrect or out of date - the destination may have moved. Darrius Gothly Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 The other possibility is that you have some sort of firewall or other anti-messwithmycomputer software installed that is blocking access to the URL(s) used by the Viewer to manage the Merchant Outbox. I recommend you 1) Perform a power-off, power-on reset then open your viewer and Merchant Outbox before running any other programs. If that doesn't work then 2) Temporarily disable your firewall and try your viewer and Merchant Outbox again. For safety's sake I strongly recommend you make sure ALL other programs are turned off or not launched after a full reboot and before disabling your firewall. If you're not sure how to proceed then you should contact someone that can walk you through the process step-by-step rather than "take a flying whack at it" by yourself.
