Any idea who I'd contact?

Alright, so I had some gacha items on the MP. I had someone contact me concerned that I wouldn't get aid because it showed a delivery error even though she the item. Glad she did or I may have never noticed. I had other item that went through fine, and I don't think I did anything differently with these. These are the messages I had, names ommited.

According to this thread http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Merchants/Attention-Merchants-IMPORTANT/td-p/2470401 even if you file a support case, LL would just ask you to collect money by yourself. Anyway you should file a support case.  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
