Where can I go to get a good paying, easy job?

In your dreams.  There is no such thing in Second Life (or RL either).  A very small number of people in SL make incomes that are worth getting excited about, and they work at it full time and have usually invested a lot of capital.  Skilled creators (scripters, builders, animators, ...) and performers (DJs, musicians, dancers ....) can also earn a comfortable living by SL standards, but at income levels that are WAY below what they could earn for doing exactly the same things in RL.  AND they can only earn those incomes by having solid skills and some practical experience with Second Life.  Beyond those "jobs" there isn't much that pays more than pennies.  There is essentially no need for unskilled labor in SL. Most creators sell theitr own products and services, and performers don't need agents or an entourage.  In short, there are very few "good paying" jobs in SL and none of them are easy.  (Lots of them are fun, though, but that's a different question.)

Don't just take my word for it, BTW.  Take a look in the InWorld Employment forum to see who is looking for work, and who is looking to hire people.
