No payment showed in my balance

Question

I added how much I wanted to withdraw as normal and it said payment was succesful but no money showed in my  SL balance or transcations.  My bank accepted the payment - so something went wrong transferring the amount to my SL  balance. I hope LL sort it out because it was my tier money for my sim.  I did put in a ticket so hoping to hear soon.
