I want to convert my L$ into real money, but the limit is set to 0$ though i'm more than 4 years old

On this link there's a graphic of the limits, and if i follow it right i should be able to get 300$ of limit to sell my L$, but i can't do it, when i try to sell it says i'm allowed 0$ :  https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/describe-limits.php

 

I really need to sell some of my L$, how can i do that without paying or buying L$ ?

It says i'm a new resident but i've been on SL since 2010...

If you look again at the page you link to, you will see that the last bullet point under "Limits" is

"Days" in the New Resident limits description refers to days since first billing transaction with Linden Lab.

So it looks as if you've never been a premium member or bought any L$.   If you use your PayPal account to buy the minimum amount of L$, that should start the clock, and 8 days later you will be able to sell up to US$300 worth.
