I sold lindens for usd and it is showing up Process Credit button not lighting up to use

Am trying to cash in Lindens for USD. Sold lindens for 20.08 but cannot use the Process Credit button it will not work. What am I doing wrong?

 

I do have a paypal account registered to my account.

 

I successfuly sold lindens and there is cash in my account.

 

Problem is the Button below Process Credit isnt lighting up for me to even request a credit. WHy that is happening is the question.

And its within my credit limit
