Question

JupoCash owes me $200 and aren't paying or responding to me. I would like to know how I can report the person who hads out the money because the website must be a scam since this is happening. I got $40, but then they stopped paying. Please help!

EDIT: Also, the second reply is kind of lame because I know they aren't related; Someone owns Jupocash on SL and I wanted to know how to report them for scamming. Telling me they aren't relating is stating the obvious...I found them anyways so yea :)

Thanks for the great help!

As far as I can tell, ALL of the "Free Lindens" offers are scams.  At best, you'll waste a lot of time and you won't earn any significant amount of money.  At worst, your computer could be infected with spyware or malware.  By "Free Lindens" offers, I mean just about anything that offers you money for nothing...including the ones where you fill out surveys, collect cones, dance, sit in place, or travel the grid.  I'll toss in Worm Farming, while I am at it.

The only real way to earn $L without creative skills is to offer a personal service, and do it well.  Second Life photography, DJ, live performer, club host, security guard, exotic dancer, or escort.  Even in these areas, most people struggle to make money.

There are two other ways to make money.  One requires a lot of start-up capital:  Buying land and renting it or re-selling it to others.  The other one requires that you invest in your own creative skills.  Learn to create things for SL, and do it better that other creators, and then sell your creations.

If none of the above appeals to you, then I strongly suggest you get your $L the old fashioned way -- buy them with a credit card or a PayPal account.

Yeah, but the problem is that not paying a promised debt and not responding to messages are not TOS violations, and Linden Lab won't interfere in disputes between residents. See the TOS (Sect. 6): "We are not responsible or liable for the conduct or content of any user. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users."  Reporting won't go anywhere, sadly.  You''re left to work it out on your own.
