Buying Lindens

Hello,

 

I was just wondering if there was a SAFE non fraudulent way of buying lindens with my Mobile Phone? I dont have a credit card or anything so that isnt an option for me

Using real money online will never be 100% safe. You should always take security precautions for your device (especially if it's mobile and can be lost in public) and your browser, as well as your Internet connection (don't use banking sites while on public Wifi, follow modern advice on password complexity, etc.)

Assuming you are capable of securing your device, LL accept PayPal in exchange for Linden Dollars. PayPal can be secured and verified via CHAPS (or other proprietary systems) which link direct to your bank account without need of a card.

To add to Freya's excellent advice, you may use a PayPal account that is backed up by a bank account instead of a credit card, but you must be sure to maintain a cash balance in the PayPal account if you want to use it for Second Life. PayPal cannot transfer money from a bank account rapidly enough to pay Linden Lab in real time, so your attempted purchase will time out and die.  If you do not use a credit card as the backup for your PayPal account, therefore, you will always need to have money already in the PayPal account so that it's possible to make instant transfers.

if you mean charging the payment to your phone bill then, no.
