Parcels can come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The basic unit is a 4 meter by 4 meter square and a lot can be made of any number of these in any configuration. Lot sizes are often multiples of 512. A common size for 512 square meter parcels is 16 by 32 square meters and a common size for 1024 square meters is a 32 meter by 32 meter square, but there's no real "standard."

As Theresa says, there really aren't any standard parcel sizes.  However, people tend to create parcels that have areas close to the breakpoints for tier: 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, ... sq m, and they tend to favor fairly squarish parcels because it's easier to fit houses onto them than long skinny parcels.  If you are thinking of buying a house, it's always wise to think about land dimensions at the same time so that you have enough land impact allowance and the proper space for your home's footprint.
